Graham Carr (Ph.D., University of Maine) is President and Vice-Chancellor of Concordia University in Montreal. Ranked as Canada’s top university under 50 years old, Concordia has 52,000 students from 155 countries. An historian of Cold War cultural diplomacy, he sits on the Montreal Climate Partnership Steering Committee, was Chair of the Canada-US Fulbright selection committee, and served as an advisor on communications, marketing andprograming to Canada’s National Capital Commission.
